Couscous and Avocado Tartar

This salad is combination of couscous, avocado, a boiled egg and Tobiko caviar.  Seasoning is sushi vinegar, white soya sauce and olive oil.  Tobiko caviar   have very special texture and they are relatively inexpensive compares to other caviar, I used this often.

トビコは飾りとしても可愛らしいし、食感も好きなので時々買うが、早く食べなければならない。最後はアヴォカドや刺身と合わせてタルタルサラダにすることが多い。これはとびこをクスクス、アヴォカド、ゆで卵と合わせて、レモン、寿司酢、白醤油、オリーブオイルで味付けした。つぶつぶした食感を楽しめる楽しい一皿となった。
