Jambon de parme with Avocado dip


Sometimes I forgot to use Avocado and it starts to has many dark spots.  This avocado was no longer sliceable so I mashed with some lemon juice to make the dips.  This is super easy aperitif.  I just rolled the Jambon de parme with finger then placed the dip on the top.

アボカドは買った事を忘れて食べごろを逃すことがある。熟れすぎたアボカドをスプーンですくってレモンを絞り、塩をして簡単なディップにした。それを生ハムをくるっと親指で巻いたものの上にのせた、簡単おつまみ。
