Cocoa Cherry cake

Cherries are my favorite fruits and the cherries are seasonal fruits, I try to enjoy them as much as I can.  I believe that the best dessert of cherry is Clafouti.  I think the cherries also go well with dark chocolate.  This is a basic pound cake with some chocolate, coco power and cherries.

私はチェリーが大好きで、季節ものなので毎日のように食べている。もちろんそのままが一番美味しいが、デザートとしては先日紹介したアーモンドプードル入りのクラフティが美味しい。アメリカンチェリーはダークチョコレートとも合うと思う。これはパウンドケーキを基本として、ダークチョコレート少々、ココアパウダーとチェリーを加えたバリエーション。
