Avocado and Ume


"Umeboshi" is very traditional Japanese pickles made from Prunes.  This taste very sour but something like all the Japanese people has one jar in the fridge.  I made a salad with avocado with cucumber and mixed with this Umeboshi.  Umeboshi is salty already so you don't need to add anymore taste.  This is very refreshing small starter.

「アボカドとキュウリの梅和え」これは5分くらいで出来る超簡単料理だがとてもいいコンビネーションだと気づいた。熟れたアボカドとキュウリの角切りを紀州梅をたたいたもので和えただけ。上にのせてた貝割れは少量の塩とごま油でさっとまとめた。これ、蒸し暑くてダルいときにはスッキリ酸っぱくてとても美味しく頂ける、夏らしい一品。
