Hiryozu


"Hiryozu" is fried tofu with some vegetable and seaweeds inside.  They are usually sold at the Tofu shops.  Already made one as this is good to eat as cooked with Dashi.  I like the combination of fried aubergine.

私の「飛龍頭の煮物」はいつもなすの素揚げと一緒。油もの同士で合うと思うし、揚げなすのとろっとした食感が好きだ。水菜の煮浸しは好みによると思う。味は合わせだしのベースに白だしと酒。
