Sweet and Sour Pork balls


This is my way of combination of two famous Chinese dish calls Pork balls "獅子頭" and Sweet and sour pork calls ”古老肉”.  It's a combinations of fried pork balls and vegetable with sweet and sour sauce.  This is amazingly good and you can have two three portions of withe rice with this easily.  Though it's very high in calories.

私流の肉団子酢豚。カラッと揚げた肉団子に甘酢ソースを合わせた。ソースはケチャップは使用せずに黒酢、砂糖、紹興酒、鶏ガラスープ、ごく少量のオイスターソースを合わせたもの。白ご飯がとてもすすむ一品。
