Salted Salmon with fresh tomato vinaigrette


The fresh tomato sauce is made from the seeds and the juice that comes from inside of tomato.  First remove the skin by soaking in boiling water.  Then divide the tomato and separate the tomato flesh and the seeds.  To form the sauce, barmix the tomato seeds and pour lemon juice and and olive oil.

甘塩に浸けた塩シャケに生トマトのヴィネグレットソースを添えたもの。トマトは湯むきをして身の部分と種にわける。ソースは種にレモン汁とオリーブオイルを加えてバーミックスでブレンドする。
